Shipping
Where we ship
- I currently ship via USPS within the US, and to Canada. I would love to sort out EU, UK, and Asia soon... sign up for my newsletter or follow me on Instagram to get notified when I do open up shipping to other countries!
Shipping times
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays unless otherwise stated on my shop
- For orders within the US, please allow 1 week for delivery once processed
- For orders to Canada, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery once processed
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs within the US are free with a $50+ order, or $5 for anything under $50
- Shipping costs to Canada are calculated at checkout based on weight
Duties + tariffs
- Canadian orders may be subject to duties and/or tariffs upon delivery. We are not responsible for these extra fees.
Returns
All orders are final sale with very few exceptions.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 5 days of delivery and we will do what we can to make it right!
Returned packages
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
