All orders are final sale with very few exceptions.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at store@aperfectsomething.com with photos within 5 days of delivery and we will do what we can to make it right!

Returned packages

  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
