Small 5mm dot stickers in a rainbow palette for all your tracking needs! Sticker tweezers recommended (but not absolutely necessary if you have nimble fingers).

Each sheet includes 120 dot stickers. That's roughly 4 months worth of tracking! Pick up a few different colors to track different habits in a colorful way, or stick to one color for a simple, streamlined look.
